In the whirlwind of prepping for your new arrival, it’s vital to pause and celebrate this unique time in your life.

My style of photography lends itself to a natural, yet fine art style of maternity photography. I love using the bright Arizona sun to compliment a mother’s pregnancy glow.

The Process

I recommend photos between 26-34 weeks gestation and sessions are taken on location in one of my preferred locations in Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Anthem, Cave Creek, and surrounding areas.

Our Outdoor Maternity Photography session begins with a consultation to understand your preferences and vision for the photoshoot.

On the day of your photoshoot, I will guide you through a variety of poses and settings, using natural lighting and creative angles to capture the beauty of your pregnancy.

Within two weeks of your session, I will send a link to preview your images. You will select the number of images included in your pre-purchased package and additional digitals, fine art prints and products can also be purchased at that time. Final retouches will be made on your images and they will be delivered to you shortly thereafter.

A $100 plus tax retainer fee is due to reserve your session on my calendar. The balance is due at the time of your session.

For those booking a maternity session, you will receive $50 off a newborn session when booked together.

How long does a maternity photography session last?

The duration of our maternity photography sessions can vary based on the package you select. On average, sessions range from 1 to 1.5 hours, allowing us ample time to capture a variety of poses and moments that truly reflect the beauty of your pregnancy. We believe in giving you the time and attention needed to create stunning portraits that you will cherish for a lifetime.

Can I include my partner and/or children in the photoshoot?

We understand the importance of including your loved ones in the maternity photography experience. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my outdoor maternity photography session?

Rest assured that we carefully monitor the weather conditions leading up to your outdoor maternity photography session. If the need arises, we will reschedule your session based on the photographer’s expertise and discretion. Fortunately, in the sun-kissed region of AZ, we are blessed with a relatively low number of rainy days, ensuring that your outdoor session can take place in the best possible conditions. Your comfort and the quality of your portraits are our top priorities.

Can I purchase digital copies of my outdoor maternity photography portraits?

Digital images are available for purchase, allowing you to preserve and share your precious maternity memories effortlessly. The number of digital images included depends on the package you choose, offering you a range of options to meet your specific needs. Should you desire more images than what is included in your chosen package, you have the opportunity to purchase additional images individually, ensuring that you can curate a collection that perfectly captures the beauty of your pregnancy.

How soon after the photoshoot will I receive my final portraits?

Within 2 weeks of your maternity photography session, we will provide you with preview galleries, giving you the opportunity to select your favorite images. Rest assured that we strive to deliver the final retouched images to you within 4-6 weeks from the date of your session. However, it’s important to note that this timeframe represents the maximum estimated time. In many cases, we are able to complete the editing process more quickly, ensuring that you can cherish your beautifully captured memories sooner.
